Recipe: Beef Soy Sauce Ramen

Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles - 6 oz
  • Chicken stock - 1 cup
  • Bok choy - 3 oz
  • Soy sauce - TT
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • Green onion, slivered - 2 tsp
  • Carrots, matchstick - 1 tbsp
  • Flank steak, cooked and sliced - 3 oz

Preparation

Ramen Noodles are precooked and ready to use. Defrost noodles under running water or blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess water.

Combine chicken stock and bok choy in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Add in soy sauce and sesame oil.

Add noodles into broth, simmer for 2 minutes, top with green onion, carrots, flank steak, and serve.
