Recipe: Chef Salad

Ingredients

  • Chow Mien noodles, prepared according to package directions (thawed and ready to use, boil or microwave) - 16 oz
  • Cucumber, seeded and sliced - 1/2
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
  • Kalamata olives, halved - 1/2 cup
  • Red onion, sliced - 1/2 cup
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 1/2 cup
  • Red wine vinaigrette - 1/2 cup
  • Tzatziki sauce - 1/4 cup

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients (excluding the tzatziki) in a mixing bowl and toss to combine.

Refrigerate up to 2 days. Garnish with a dollop of tzatziki and serve.
