Recipe: Teriyaki Asian Stir-Fry Yakisoba

Ingredients

  • Yakisoba noodles - 6 oz
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • Broccoli florets - 4 oz
  • Red pepper, julienned - 3 oz
  • Shitake mushroom, sliced - 2 oz
  • Teriyaki sauce - 3 tbsp

Preparation

Yakisoba Noodles are precooked and ready to use. Defrost noodles under running water or blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess water.

In a large wok or skillet, heat up vegetable oil, broccoli florets, red pepper, and shitake mushroom.

Stir in Teriyaki sauce and serve.
